Items eligible for warranty must include accompanying proof of purchase and have been purchased within one year of claim date. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, damage caused by overheating and does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage which does not impair the functionality of the product. This warranty is valid only for the first quality goods purchased from Walmart retail locations, Walmart.com and TalHydration.com.
